Natalie's Thanksgiving Run

When: November 23, 2023
Where: Saint Clair, MI

Join us for a Thanksgiving Day 5K Run in loving memory of a remarkable soul, Natalie C. Clemens.

Six years ago, we lost a beloved friend, sister, and daughter, Natalie Clemens, to a relentless battle with cystic fibrosis. Born near Thanksgiving, this event is the perfect way to honor her life and raise awareness for cystic fibrosis. Her strength, resilience, and unwavering spirit continue to inspire and remind us how precious life truly is.

Natalie embodied the spirit of a full belly laugh. She was hilarious and filled with a contagious light. Though she carried the weight of fighting cystic fibrosis, her diagnosis didn’t define her. She radiated life and laughter. Natalie fought CF for almost 21 years before passing. The money raised from this run will be donated to Rock CF. Thank you for helping us keep the memory of our incredible friend alive.

Cystic fibrosis is a genetic disease that affects thousands of people worldwide. The money raised from this event will be directly donated to Rock CF to help fund cystic fibrosis research and patient support programs. Your contribution, no matter how big or small, can make a significant difference in the lives of those affected by this disease. Let’s run in honor of Natalie, support of those still fighting CF, and aid in finding a cure!

This event is a group run as opposed to a chip-timed 5K event, so enjoy the morning at your own pace whether that be a run or walk. The 5K route can be found below. At 9:00am, please join us at War Water Brewery afterwards to hangout after the group run. Each registrant will receive a Rock CF long sleeve tech shirt with their signature 'They Keep You Alive' shoe-lungs logo!

Start time: 8:30 AM – Thursday, November 23rd, 2023

Start location: In front of War Water Brewery – 201 N Riverside Ave, Suite C1, St Clair, MI 48079

The Rock CF Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to heightening awareness for cystic fibrosis and giving those living with CF the tools to not only survive, but thrive. Funds will directly impact the Foundation's patient-focused support programs such as Kicks Back, the Bowman Brothers Trade School Scholarship, Ignite, and more.
