TAKE THE CHALLENGE! The Millstadt Biathlon tests your fitness level along with your cycling skills! The biathlon consists of a 5 mile run and a 22 mile ride. The high speed turns, rolling hills and scenic farmlands make this a can’t miss event. The 5K run is an out and back course. Millstadt is located 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis. Race day registration is available onsite.
