With Covid-19 spreading at a record pace throughout New York and the country, we feel it is best to make the 2021 event virtual. We also are excited to announce that we are adding a

Middle Finger 10K option & a Middle Finger Challenge option!!

While this is not our preferred method, we made this difficult decision to keep everyone motivated and safe. The good news is that you can complete your choice of distance anytime between May 1, 2021and May 15, 2021, and still receive the amazing MF swag!! You also can skip the 6:00 am start time if you wish, but we know you won't want to miss that sunrise!

The 4th 5th Annual Middle Finger 5K/10K & Challenge run and fitness walk benefits Thrive To Survive.

The event is open to all ability levels. All fitness levels are encouraged to participate. Give a one-finger salute to cancer and help those in our region thrive through their diagnosis. 100% of proceeds go to Thrive To Survive and are used to provide necessary resources to adults living in Ontario, Seneca, Yates, Schuyler, and Wayne counties and dealing with a cancer diagnosis. Registration for either distance includes the commemorative 2021 MF5K/10K shirt, and most importantly, special satisfaction knowing you are making a difference for adults with cancer. Feeling like you want to do more, sign up for the challenge and complete both distances to receive the commemorative shirt and finishers medal.

You can participate as an individual or as part of a team*. Want to have fun for less money! Start a friends and family team of 4 or more participants and receive a discounted entry. In 2018, our largest team had 82 participants and hailed from Sodus, NY! In 2019 that same team created some friendly competition, and eventually took the lead again with 100 members!! That's a lot of love. Who will beat that in 2021? *We encourage you to follow the CDC and State guidelines regarding gathering with groups of people for your virtual event.
