Welcome to one of the oldest triathlons in the State of Louisiana – 29 years running strong! Louisiana Triathlon was founded in 1989 by Kenny Dunaway and became part of the Rockkidz family in 2012. Our race has grown from 70 to over 400 participants in the last six years, making it one of the largest sprint-distance triathlons in the State of Louisiana. With the sprint, beginner distance, duathlon, and relay option, theres a race for everyone!
