Cafecito Caliente will continue the third leg of the 2021 Running La Vida Loca 5k Series with the Inaugural Loteria 5k Walk/Run in Downtown Lansing, Michigan.

Upon completing the course, runners can partake in having pan dulce (sweet Mexican bread), and other snacks, juices and water!

A portion of the proceeds will go to the Latino Advisory Committee which acts as a parental advisory group for Latino parents and students in the Lansing, Michigan area.

Cost: Register by August 9, 2021: Adults $25 Students $15 t-shirt and customized Loteria medal are guaranteed.
Register After August 9, 2021: Adults $30 Students $20 t-shirt and customized Loteria medal will be offered as supplies last.

Run as a family group and save! – Register 3 or more people at the same time and save $5 per participant.

Packet pickup will be Friday, August 20, 2021 at Sir Pizza Grand Café in Lansing's Old Town from 4pm to 6:30pm as well as in the morning of the race starting at 8:00 am.

T-shirt: Each participant is guaranteed a shirt and a customized Loteria medal if they preregister by August 9, 2021. After that shirts are available while supplies last.

Awards: Award to overall male and female and each division winner. $25.00 Gift Certificate to your favorite Mexican or Cuban restaurant in the Lansing area!

Age divisions: 10 to 15, 15 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 to 79, and 80+

The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be posted during the race and on the web at Playmakers.com
