Join us for the Lilac Run 5K, 10K and Dunkin' Dash!

We are proud to partner with the USATF and offer the 10K as a USATF Niagara 10K Championship Race. The Lilac Run is also part of the Rochester Runner of the Year Series! Established in 1979, the 5K and 10K race will restore your faith in Mother Nature and re-invigorate your workouts for the summer season ahead. The famous lilac gardens of Highland Park, also the backdrop for the event’s after-party, mark the beginning and end of the races. With the aroma of 1500 lilacs filling the air, runners start out heading east on Highland Avenue, move through the rolling hills of the park and then turn south through the residential town of Brighton before returning back through the park. Enjoy the Lilac Run After Party in front of the Sahlen's Center Stage with live music, bagels, coffee and snacks! Pancake breakfast, beer, mimosas and Bellinis will be available for purchase. All children in the 5K or 10K that are 6 and under are free (discount appears at checkout).

The Dunkin' Dash is back again in it's 4th Edition! This race is for both the competitive racer and occasional runner/walker, and provides an opportunity for participants of all ages to help benefit Willow Domestic Violence Center while having fun! Participants will race a half a mile to the donut pit-stop where they will get a box of Munchkins® to either stuff their face or carry back to the finish line, totaling a 1 mile trip!

April 25, 2020 is the last date to choose your shirt size. After this date, sizes are first come, first served while supplies last.
