The “Legacy Color Run/Walk” 5k is a fun, family event intended to raise money to support grants provided by the Little Cypress-Mauriceville Education Foundation, Inc. These grants are offered to educators for innovative projects and enrichment activities, equipment or materials which are not provided for in the regular school budget. Since 2002, the LCM Education Foundation has provided over $300,000.00 to enhance the educational experience of students throughout the LCM District.
