Please join us for the 48th Annual Hospital Hill Run 5K, 10K or Half Marathon on Saturday, June 5, 2021. The Hospital Hill Run is "The Kansas City Running Tradition." All participants receive one of a kind swag, including a unique finisher's medal, t-shirt and bib, along with finish line food and drink, on course entertainment, a great post-race party and much more!

NEW for 2021 is the Hospital Hill Run Virtual Race option. Our 2020 event, like so many other events, was impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. We were forced with making the difficult decision to transition our event to virtual. While disappointing for some, others saw this as an opportunity to participate when they wouldn't have been able to otherwise. As a result of the interest in the virtual option, we have decided to include this with our 2021 event.

Participants who won't be able to enjoy our event in person, but would still like to receive the 2021 swag, can participate virtually. More details on the virtual event will be provided at a later date.

Mark your calendar for the 48th Annual Hospital Hill Run…the oldest road race in Kansas City and one of the oldest half marathons in the country. You too can experience the "Thrill of the Hill."
