The 9th Annual Hometown Hope Run, hosted by the Gospel Rescue Mission in Muskogee, will be held on September 25th at the Gospel Rescue Mission's new location at 323 Callahan St. There will be a 1 mile Fun Run/Walk, a chip timed 5k on a USATF certified course (scroll down for course map) and a 5k fun bike.

This year theme is "Can you out Run Rich". GRM Director Rich Schuas turns 50 this year and every runner will get a special prize at the finish line if you can beat him. In pervious events, Rich has with a fridge on this back, a ruck sack, or no extra weight. You'll just have to see if he has handicapped himself this year or if you'll need to beat him straight up.

This is race is sanctioned by the United States Track and Field Association (USATF) and medals will be awarded to USATF Standard Age Groups (Every 5 year Age Groups) for the 5k race.

– 5k Cost Info: Pre-registration fee is $25 until Sept 16th. September 17th to race day is $30

– Fun Run: Pre-registration fee is $20 until September 16th. September 17th to Race day is $25

– Fun Bike: Pre-registration fee is $20 until September 16th. September 17th to Race day is $25

– Packet pick up/Late Registration: Available at the Gospel Rescue Mission (323 Callahan Muskogee, OK) the Friday before the race from 12:00 to 6:00 pm. Packet Pickup and Registration is also available on race day starting at 6:30 am.
