Please join us for HOPE’s Giddy Up Gators 5K Run/Walk event on Oct. 16 at St. Francis Catholic Academy. This true cross-country course is easy enough for most walkers, but provides a nice challenge for those who want to run.
Runners/walkers must be at least 13 years old to sign up and fully participate.
The course is NOT stroller-friendly, but we will have plenty of fun games and activities set up for children under 13, including “pony” races.
The proceeds of this race will go to HOPE, Horses Helping People, a 501c3 charity organization that provides life-altering equine-assisted therapy and learning activities for children and adults with special needs.

Venue: St. Francis Catholic Academy
* Sign-in/Onsite Registration begins at 7 a.m.
* Race begins at 8 a.m.
* Event ends at 10 a.m.
* Course is 5K, True Cross-Country Course — Trails & Paved Areas
* Plenty of parking behind the school
* Must present ID and fill out a waiver to enter the course
* Dress in comfortable running/walking attire and appropriate shoes
* You will receive your number and t-shirt upon check-in
* If you did not register online before Oct. 1 you will NOT receive a t-shirt
* The course is NOT stroller friendly
