The Galatians 6:2 5K was developed by Mt. Airy Baptist Church and is based on the Bible verse, Galatians 6:2 – "Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." Participants are invited to wear a backpack with written prayer requests of others or a symbol of the prayers of others reminding us of the importance of praying, comforting, and sharing the cares of those around us.

We will be collecting non-perishable food items and toiletry donations on day of event and encourage all participants to bring an item.

Although we encourage runners to register ahead of time, registration will be available on-site on day of event.
