Join us on February 18th, 2023 for the Frosty Fireman 5k/ 1 mile fun run!

We are bringing back this fabulous race from 2016! Frosty Fireman 5k is a run that raises money for the NFFAF – Nashville Fire Fighters Association Foundation. This non-profit supports the families of firefighters who are killed or injured in the line of duty or experience an illness or hardship.

There will be a 1 mile option in addition to the 5k. Our course this year will be about 20 mins from downtown Franklin. It is a beautiful private property that hosts several other races each year. The course is know as “the murder mile”. It is a 1.1 mile loop with a 340 foot elevation gain. You will
encounter two monster climbs with fast, runnable sections between them and a downhill section through the field to the start/finish area. The course itself is an old logging road so it features a nice, wide double track trail.

Race will begin at 0800. Packet pick-up will be from 0630-0730
