Unless the Pre-Mail Packet option is purchased at the time of registration, all in-person participants will be required to pick up their race packet at the National Arboretum (address below) on Friday, October 9th between 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. There will be NO RACE MORNING PACKET PICK-UP.
