Calling all middle school and high school middle-long distance runners!
Want to stay in shape during the off season to get ready for track? Join us for a two week camp to help you build your base fitness and learn some helpful information to give you the best season yet!
What the camp includes:
– 8 Group Runs
– 6 Learning Sessions by local running experts
– Sample pack of nutritional snacks

– Refreshments to enjoy post-run including 2 full breakfasts after Saturday long runs
Meeting Dates & Schedule:
– Monday November 20th 5:30-6:30pm | 20 minute learning session on running form/gait cycle; group run; refreshments
– Wednesday November 22nd 5:30-6:30pm | 20 minute learning session on strength training for injury prevention; group run; refreshments
– Friday November 24th 5:30-6:15pm | 10 minute learning session on hydration/electrolytes; group run; refreshments
– Saturday November 25th 8:30am | long run; breakfast
– Monday November 27th 5:30-6:30pm | 20 minute learning session on fueling/nutrition; group run; refreshments
– Wednesday November 29th 5:30-6:30pm | 30 minute learning session on motivation and goal setting; group run; refreshments
– Friday December 1st 5:30-6:15pm | 10 minute learning session on the latest running gear; group run; refreshments
– Saturday December 2nd 8:30am | long run; breakfast
