The Eat Better Live Better, Mothers Day 5K will feature an incredible assortment of local and industry leading vendors and sponsors accompanied by thousands of attendees. This year's event includes a 5K race, contests and raffles, Kids zone, unique vendors, special guests and much, much more!! The Eat Better Live Better 5K will be known as an entertaining extravaganza for the entire family. This event will feature an exciting itinerary that begins with a 5K run/walk to help with the fight against childhood obesity.

Proceeds of this event are being donated to Eat Better Live Better, a local non-profit organization that is helping reverse and prevent childhood obesity one child at a time.

All finishers will receive a custom finishers medal after crossing the finish line.

At the finish line of The Eat Better Live Better 5K there will be a kid’s zone, health vendors, fitness and wellness classes and activities plus more. The Kids zone is an area where the children will enjoy face painting, a bounce house, arts and crafts and more. We look forward to having something for everyone!

Participants must be registered by April 16th to be guaranteed a shirt size, after that, it is subject to availability! Shirts guaranteed to the 1st 500 people to register!

Race day registration will be available starting at 6:15am, so bring a friend along to join the fun.

There are plenty of parking spaces in the start/finish area.
