RACE DESCRIPTION

  • Join Easterseals & the Seashore Striders for the annual Walk With Me & 5K Run Delmarva.  This 5k event (3.11m) will take place at the beautiful Baywood Greens Golf Course in Long Neck, DE.   Easterseals Delaware & Maryland's Eastern Shore provides exceptional service, education, outreach, and advocacy so that people with disabilities and seniors can live, learn, work and play in our communities.  
  • Every dollar raised stays here in our community, helping Easterseals provide services and support for your friends, family and neighbors with disabilities…because everyone deserves to live with equality, dignity and independence.
  • Join us and make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities!

RACE TIME SCHEDULE

  • 2:30 – 3:15 pm…Event Check-In & Late Registration at the Pro Shop Patio
  • 3:15 – 3:30 pm…Welcome Remarks & Meet the Ambassador
  • 3:30 pm…5k Race Begins
  • 3:40 pm…Walk Begins
  • 4:30 pm.. Award Ceremony for Runners

 

REGISTRATION

  • 5K Run Registration
    • $35 pre-registration through Friday, October 21st closing at 6 p.m.
    • $35 race-day registration from 2:30 – 3:15 pm

  • T-Shirts to all pre-registrants to guarantee your shirt size
  • Post-Race Lunch hosted by Tunnell Companies/Baywood Greens
  • Halloween Trick or Treat…Free for children 12u at the clubhouse with a registered participant…costumes encouraged
