The DISCO 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon is happening on Saturday October 2, 2021……

WHAT YOU GET: (SWAG) : All 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon participants will receive a commemorative DISCO shirt, and an awesome Finisher's Medal.

Awards will go THREE DEEP in each age group: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 & Over
Overall Male, Overall Female, Overall Male Masters, Overall Female Masters, Overall Male GrandMasters, Overall Female GrandMasters

BEST COSTUME AWARD
There will be a Best Costume Award for both male and female runners. SO DRESS UP!!

RACE PROTOCOLS TBD
1. Must wear masks except when actually running. No mass start and must maintain social distancing. Runners will start when they arrive at race site and are checked in.
2. Sanitizing station outside portable toilets
3. Hand sanitizers will be available and ample trash receptacles placed around race venue
4. Aid stations will be set up on the run course. They will be unmanned. 5K will hit an aid station 2 times, 10K 4 times, Half Marathon 9 times.
5. Volunteers and staff will wear face covering masks
6. Post party food will be snacks that runners can take with them.
7. Finisher medals can be picked up at a safe distance from the finish line
8. Announcer will make several announcements during the event to remind everyone to follow safety guidelines.

VIRTUAL OPTION: Can't make the event then join us virtually. Do the 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon at your own pace and time. After you complete your distance go to the website and click on the "Results" option in the menu bar. Submit virtual results. Also post pictures on the DAR Facebook LIVE page. Each virtual runner will receive a race shirt, finisher's medal, and race bib. Packages will be sent out right after October 5th. ( We shipped to addresses in the continental US )

FREE Shipping of race packets only applies to Virtual registrations only….. Virtual Runners also have the option of picking up there packet at one of the scheduled packet pick ups.
