Come join us for a 5K twilight series on Thursday nights this summer starting on June 3. The race will begin promptly at 6:30pm at the finish line at the track on Willson Field at The Citadel. Race nights will be June 3, June 10, June 24, and July 1.

The Course

This USATF certified 5K begins on the track at The Citadel, where participants will run a lap around campus, go through Summerall gate of The Citadel, run 1 lap around Hampton Park, come back through Summerall gate of The Citadel and then run another lap on campus, finishing on the track.

Parking

Parking will be available near the track on The Citadel’s campus.

Day of Race Registration

Registration the day of the race will be available from 5:30 – 6:15pm on the track at The Citadel. The fee will be $25 with no T-Shirt for that race.

Packet Pick-up

Race numbers and packets can be picked up from 5:30-6:15pm on the day of the race on the track at The Citadel.

Water and Restrooms

Water stops will be available throughout the course and near the finish. Restrooms will be available near the track.

Results

Results will be posted on http://sites.google.com/site/breakawayracing as soon as computations are complete.

Additional Information

Entry fee with t-shirt will be $60 for the entire series or $50 without a t-shirt.  Race nights are June 3, June 10, June 24 and July 1.
