The course consists of 4 loops.   Every loop will be timed in real time.  You will receive 3 splits and a final time.  Start and finish is at the Greek Shelter (Peristyle).

Water Stations: You will have 3 water stations on the loop providing you with 12 water station visits along the course.  Besides water there will be power gels (brand to be announced), and gatorade.  

Goodie Bag:

  • Technical T-shirt: male & female cut

  • personalized bib (must register 4 weeks prior) commemorative bib thereafter.

  • Die Cast Medal with full color ribbon

     

AWARDS

  • Top 3 overall Male and Female
  • Top 3 Age Groups Male and Female 14- 19, 20-24 until 75-79

    Note: Awards will NOT be mailed.  If you cannot stay for the awards ceremony have a friend receive the award for you. 

FOOD & BEVERAGES

  • Post Race bagels, cream cheese spreads, organic jelly and peanut butter.
  • Hot Apple Cider or Chocolate, and water.

Race Day Packet Pick-up: 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

  • Bring picture I.D.

  • You will receive a bib with a timing chip attached to it.

Baggage Check-in: 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m

  • Your bib will have a tear off tag that you will pin to your personal bag.

  • You need to show the matching bib to retrieve your bag from secure area.

Race Start: 9 a.m.

Preliminary Results will be posted at around 10:00 a.m.

Awards Ceremony: 10:30 – 11:30 a.m.  

Post Race Celebration!  Bagels, fruits and drinks!
