Come join us for a 5k run/walk, a one mile stroll around the neighborhood for seniors, and an awesome Kidz Dash!

RACE DATE:

  • Saturday, September 2, 2023

REGISTRATION:

  • There will be no race day registration. Registration closes August 31, 2023. Please register ahead of time to be able to join us for such a fun time!

RACE LOCATION:

  • INSIGHT Church, Tinley Park, IL

START TIME:

  • Kids Dash starts promptly at 8am
  • 5k starts promptly at 8:30am
  • Senior Stroll begins promptly at 8:45am

CHARITY:

  • The Carlton and Sheila Arthurs Belize Foundation was created to aid the Women of Belize. Women are hurting and need to experience the love of the Lord.

PARKING & GEAR CHECK:

  • Participants should plan on parking in the main lot at INSIGHT Church. Please follow instructions of parking attendants.
  • There will be no gear check. Please leave anything you would not like to carry with you in your vehicle.

SWAG & AWARDS:

  • All participants are guaranteed to receive:
    • Race T-shirt
    • Pre & Post Race Refreshments

TIMING:

  • The Bella Grace 5K in-person race is an officially timed event using J3 Timing. Only the 5k run will be timed.

PACKET PICK UP:

  • Thursday, August 31, 2023, 3pm until 7pm at INSIGHT CHURCH – 18500 92nd Ave., Tinley Park, IL 60477
  • Race Day packet pick up will be available on race morning at 6:30am. Participants should park in the main lot, then walk around to the rear of the building where you will be able to pick up your race packet.

DOGS, STROLLERS & BIKES (any form ofΒ micro mobility):

  • Strollers are allowed at this event, we just ask that you start in the back of your wave pack.
  • Pets are not allowed for safety reasons, however walkers with service animals are welcome, but will start following the final wave of runners.
  • Bikes, scooters, skates, and any form of micro mobility will not be allowed by participants for safety reasons.
