Our 12th Annual Banebow 5K is on Saturday, October 23 at Montgomery Bell State Park. It is a great family event!

Event details and schedule

Race day registration and check-in will begin at 8:00 am on October 23. 

The race will begin promptly at 9:00am from the parking area at the lake swim area (follow signs from the Hwy 70 park entrance).

This is a family friendly event – great for walkers also.
