April is Autism awareness! Did you know Autism affects 1 in 68 children and 1 in 42 boys. Autism costs a family $60,000 a year on average. We have decided to dedicate part of our proceeds to Autism Tennessee. What better way to have fun and support a great cause! Come join us April 22, 2022 for a nice scenic run through Edwin Warner Park Nashville TN for our 2nd Annual Event! Due to the new rennovations ongoing at Edwin Warner park, we will be hosting at the Nature Center off Highway 100 and Old Hickory Rd. The course is a trail course, so be sure to wear appropriate shoes!
This race will go rain or shine! There are no refunds allowed. Prices go up February 1st, so sign up today! For this we will still be only allowed a maximum of 200 participants to ensure safety of the public. All participants will receive finishers medal and t shirt. There will be awards for the top 3 female/male runners for both 5k and 10k. Please note runners will have 4 hours to complete the course. Walkers are allowed given they complete in the 4 hours and will have to start after the 1st wave of runners. Course will be a loop and out & back for both distances. There will be restrooms inside the park, but none along the actual course except for near the shelter and park entrance area. There will be aid stations along the course at starting location, mile marker 1, and 2.3 (end of trail course/turn around point. Parking can be found at Edwin Warner at the entrance of park and nearby, but be sure not to park on the softball area as there may be games this day as well.
We will also be introducing a 1 mile kids fun run and medals for all finishers! Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the entire course for safety.
Start Location will be at 7311 Highway 100, Nashville, TN 37221 (Nature Center)
Runners will be able to park at shelter 4 until 7am, but please note no vehicle movement will be permitted until after 9/9:30am in the shelter area.
Aid stations will be located throughout the course at mile markers mile 1(5k/10k), mile 2 .3(turn around) (10K)

Loop and Out Back Runners will run to end point of 2.3 miles and back and just shy of a mile and back to finish line

Race packet pick up will be emailed out. Course map is currently being finalized and will be up by December 1st. There will be no race day registration. Packet pick up on race day will be available 0630am-0745am.

Bikes, hoverboards, rollerblades, pets are not allowed on the race course for safety of the public throughout the event. Walkers are welcome but must start in the back. "Service animals are welcome and must be on a leash and must start in the back to not disrupt runners and for safety. Please email us if you wish to run with your service animal.
We are looking for volunteers to help out at the aid stations, and registration and direct runners. If you or anyone is interested please sign up today in our volunteer link! Volunteers will receive shirts(while supplies last) and food post race!
