Animal Rescue Kare sponsored a "Hot Diggity Dawgy Dash" 5K last year which took place during one of those "dog days" of summer. We decided to cool things off a bit this year and hold the 2022 Dawgy Dash in the spring on Saturday, April 30th. Run competitively or walk at a leisurely pace, with or without your dog – any way you choose. You can sign up to participate at the in-person event in Munfordville, or if you prefer, sign up to take part virtually – anywhere you like! If racing virtually, you may complete the run any time from April 23rd through the 30th. Don't forget to submit your time right here on the race site or via text.
Prices – Early bird special till March 30th: Adults – $25 and Youths (ages 4 – 14) – $20. After March 30th, the price will go up $10 and we can't guarantee t-shirts for late registrants. So sign up today!
Group Discount – Get a group together – church family, extended family, work buddies, sports teams, school clubs, social clubs, good friends – and save $5 on registrations with a group of 10 or more. A prize is offered for the largest group, so start recruiting! (Discounts adjusted after your team gets 10 members.)
Just want our snazzy race tee? Sign up for the "Just donate – get a shirt" option and we'll be sure to get your perfect size ordered. Please order by April 1.
The funds raised by the race will be used for ARK's work in the community: continued support for Hart County’s new shelter, a foster/adoption program in cooperation with the Hart County Animal Shelter, low-cost spay/neuter/rabies vouchers to reduce the number of unwanted pets, educational outreach to develop the next generation of leaders, and providing information and solutions for pets and pet owners through social media. Any support you can provide is truly appreciated, so we can continue helping animals. Learn more on ARK's website or on our Facebook page: ARK for Hart. Optional donations are very much appreciated.
Please support our wonderful sponsors. (Click on their logos for more info.) They are committed to helping us improve animal welfare in Hart County. Shop locally and thank our sponsors for their continued support.
