Embrace the cold. Wear Flannel. ARAG is happy to present the 32nd Annual Wellmark YMCA Red Flannel Run!! In addition to the 5K run, we are excited to once again offer our Y-Tri.

The Y-Tri portion will include a ten-minute swim – Three waves (laps recorded to the 1/2 lap). After the swimming portion, participants have 10 minutes to dry off, change and head to the cycling studio for a 20-minute bike (distance recorded). Y-Tri limited to 72 participants at this time due to COVID-19 safety precautions. Sign up today!

1st wave swim: 6:20-6:30 am (18 swimmers max, 2 per lane)

1st wave bike: 6:40-7:00 am (18 bikes max)

2nd wave swim: 6:50-7:00 am (18 swimmers max, 2 per lane)

2nd wave bike: 7:10-7:30 am (18 bikes max)

3rd wave swim: 7:20-7:30 am (18 swimmers max, 2 per lane)

3rd wave bike: 7:40-8:00 am (18 bikes max)

4th wave swim: 7:50-8:00 am (18 swimmers max, 2 per lane)

4th wave bike: 8:10-8:30 am (18 bikes max)

NOTE: The bike start times are set and will begin on the above mentioned times according to your wave. You will have 10 mins to get out of the pool, change clothing if needed and get your bike set up. If you are late to your bike start time you will only have the time remaining to get in as many miles as possible. Remember this is a race.

5K Run or Run/Walk for all starts at 9 am sharp (Same start time as previous years). Stayed tuned for 5k starting safe practices based on current COVID-19 precautions at the time of the race.
