September 11th of 2001 is a day that changed America for all of us. A day that changed how we as Americans live our daily lives, even today 20 years later. However, the greatest impact of this day was one of loss and sacrifice. Join us on an evening run with the opportunity to reflect on those lives we lost on that tragic day. A Run of Remembrance will be just that, a 9.11k (with a 5k option) on the secluded streets of the Chaffee Crossing area. After the run enjoy a cold beverage and good socialization. The run will be held during the community event "We Remember: A 9/11 Commemoration". Enjoy a evening full of community as we take time to remember what we have lost and how far we have come.
