Long Course: Start between 9-10am
Short Course: Start between 9:30-10:30am
The short course will be approximately 5(ish) miles, the long course will be approximately 10(ish) miles. The final course distance will depend on trail conditions on race morning. 90 minutes are allotted for each lap.
