COURSE:The race will be held on the Provo River Trail and will be a series of out-n-backs. From the Start/Finish/Parking at the Bridal Veil Falls Picnic parking area you will be going up river 1st for 1.4 miles to the 1st marked turn around, then back down river passing through the start/finish Area and and continuing downriver about 1.45 miles to the 2nd marked turn around then back up river to the S/F/ parking area. You will pass through the S/F/parking area about every 2.95 miles. … you will repeat this 5 times going upriver and 4 times going down river! Not including the start and the finish you will pass through the start/finish area/Parking lot 8 times. After passing through for the 8th time you will be going upriver one last time.
